How to Calculate and know Fertile/safe Period

Calculation of the fertile window is not difficult. In this video I will teach you how to calculate your fertile/safe period and prevent pregnancy or get pregnant as the case may be.
The human sexual or menstrual cycle is designed in such a way that you can can get pregnant only at a specific time of the menstrual cycle know as the fertile period.
It is called fertile period because if you are looking for pregnancy, that is the time to maximize your intercourse. It can also be called safe period because if you don’t want to get pregnant, that is the time to avoid intercourse.
It involves getting your menstrual history of the past six months and subtracting 18 from the shortest cycle, and subtracting 11 from the longest cycle. The answer you get from the shortest cycle is the first day of your fertile period or fertile window, while the answer you get from the longest cycle is the last day of your fertile window.
It then means your must avoid intercourse in this days if your wanna prevent pregnancy, while you making sure you have intercourse on those days if you are looking for pregnancy.
